Kettlebell crossovers work your legs, arms, shoulders, and abs. It’s a great workout for toning your full body and it’s fun trying to make sure the kettlebell passes through your legs lol.
TRX Squat Lunges
The TRX squat lunge is a great exercise for working the butt, inner thighs, and hamstring area. If you want to tone up your legs and feel the burn definitely give this one a try.
Lunge Kick Backs
Lunge kickbacks have to be one of our client’s favorite movement. This exercise will build and lift your booty and have your legs looking great.
Do each exercise for 1 minute each before moving to the next one. You have 3 rounds.
